What kind of a traveling person would I be, if I didn’t have suitcases or backpacks. Well, fortunately, I do not have to discover that. Unless my checked luggage will hang in the air (I keep my heart on hold, and hope it will never happen). The point is, I need luggage and admire those backpackers to travel only with a backpack. However, after a friendly contact with a Bagageonline.nl employee, we decided that we could put together a nice collaboration. A review of yes indeed, no suitcase: but a backpack. More specifically, a Herschel backpack. Do you want to know if you can go travel with it? Or if you could do a whole trip with it? What about quality? You are reading it here.
Last weekend, I spontaneously visited Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Good weather, friendly people and a shopping street where you can actually find ‘everything’. Even though Eindhoven has no historic/old town area, it’s definitely worth a visit for its beautiful area where everything is within walking distance of each other. However, I’m not going to talk about how nice it’s in Eindhoven. At least, not in this article. I’m going to talk about the Hampshire Hotel – Crown Eindhoven. A hotel that charmed me with its friendly staff, beautiful rooms and nice breakfast. The hotel has even more to offer. But first, the details.
Three years ago, I had to make one of the most important decisions of my life as a teenager: do I continue to study or am I going to work? My whole class, of course, knew immediately what they were going to do. And me? Yes, you could say that I was a special case. I learned well, always did my best and always had the hunger to score even higher points. But something inside me said that studying was not the fight fit for me. And work was neither. So I decided to take a gap year. After many doubts, I sit here after three years: in my cozy house, warm fireplace and a laptop in front of me. I did work e a few times in those three years. But still my wanderlust kept overridden by the desire to have a permanent job, and I decided to make my own blog my job. It’s very hard, I can tell you that. Today, I’m giving you my opinion on the “quit your job to travel”-hype. Want to read further?
A few years ago I travelled every year to Italy. It became like a second homecountry for me throughout the years. We used to camp in a luxury caravan on a very large camping. And even though I looked forward to this time of the year where we could just go camping and travel with the car to Italy, I missed having a large bed. I just did. I mean, we stayed a night on our way to Italy and back home, but it wasn’t more than one night. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a girl who loves camping, but if you put an hotel on a camping site; that’s fine too, am I right? Today I will talk about unique hotels where I want to stay a night or longer. Have fun reading! (Hotels are in random order)
